The KNX TP Multi IO 570.1 secure is a universal input and output module for building control. It offers 48 digital channels. Each channel can be used as a binary input or as a binary output. The peripherals (e.g. relays) are powered by an external power supply (24 V⎓). Input channels can be used to control, for example, lights or blinds via KNX. They can also be configured as pulse counters – for example, for energy meters. Output channels can directly control signal LEDs, external coupling relays (e.g. Multi IO Extension Switch 590), or blind relays (Multi IO Extension Shutter 592).

The integrated USB interface enables a connection between a PC and the KNX bus. The USB port is galvanically isolated from the KNX bus. Configuration is carried out via ETS (version 5.7 or higher), and local programming is possible.
