Your benefits with Voltus Homeowner Rewards
- 3% cashback on the total merchandise value: Once your building project is completed, you’ll receive a retroactive credit of 3% of your total merchandise value. The credit covers the orders you placed with Voltus during your build period. You can redeem it on future orders in the Voltus online shop.
- 5-year warranty: We stand by the quality of our products and offer an extended 5-year warranty. View warranty terms >
- Shipping cost reimbursement: Reimbursement applies to all Europe-wide deliveries up to a total of €300 including VAT. After your build period ends, we’ll credit the shipping costs incurred (up to €300) to your personal bank account.
- Savings on distribution board planning (optional): As a Homeowner Rewards participant, you can have your distribution board professionally planned—and built if required—at a reduced rate. Within the programme, the charge for distribution board planning by our subsidiary Nordic Energy is just €249. Booking is €449; the €200 difference will be reimbursed retroactively to your personal bank account. Important: If you commission the board build, the planning fee is waived in full.
- 1 hour of “Rent-a-Techy” free of charge (optional): Fancy expert advice from smart home specialists and master electricians? Our Smartforce One will advise you in depth. Rent-a-Techy is a paid consulting service at €50 per commenced hour. You book at the regular rate of €50/hour; the amount is reimbursed retroactively to your personal bank account.
Key participation terms
- Minimum order value of €3,000 within 24 months
- Display of a site banner (250 cm x 100 cm)
- 5 social media posts tagging one of the following accounts (Instagram: @bauenmitvoltus ; Facebook: @Voltus.de ; YouTube: @VoltusGmbH) and using the hashtag #bauenmitvoltus.

- Homeowner Rewards discounts cannot be combined with other special discounts or vouchers.
- For issuing credits, only orders placed from the customer account used when registering for Homeowner Rewards will be considered.
