30-Day Return Policy
Thanks to our 30-day return policy, you have plenty of time to reconsider your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your products within 30 days of receipt. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and any associated warranty claims remain unaffected by our voluntary return policy.
We are happy to accept returns as long as the goods are complete and in perfect condition. Please note that our voluntary return policy does not apply to custom-made or specially configured products tailored to your needs. Further information can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
Return Service
To make your return easier, we’ve set up a simple return service for you: you can easily create your return label through us. The cost of €5.90 applies only to shipments within Germany and will be deducted directly from your refund.
