30-Day Return Policy
Thanks to our 30-day return policy, you have plenty of time to reconsider your purchase decision. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you can return your products to us within 30 days of receipt. Our voluntary return policy does not affect your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal or your statutory warranty rights. We are happy to accept returns as long as the goods are complete and in perfect condition. Please note that our voluntary return policy does not apply to custom-made products or products specially tailored to your needs. Further information can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
Return Service
To make your return easier, we have set up a convenient service for you: you can easily create your return label through us. The fee of €5.90 applies exclusively to returns shipped within Germany and will be deducted directly from your refund.
