The KNX Secure System enables the integration of up to 25 WMS receivers into a KNX network. Commands are sent via the KNX Converter WMS to the receivers, which communicate wirelessly. Retrofitting requires minimal installation effort and is commissioned using WMS Studio Pro and ETS.
Product types such as blinds, awnings (with controllable valance), roller shutters, lights, and radiant heaters are supported. Status objects such as curtain length and slat position can be monitored.
Control includes up/down commands, dimming, and on/off switching. Up to eight scenes are available per channel. Operation is via KNX bus voltage; the radio signal is bidirectional at 2.4 GHz. The device has an IP 20 protection rating, protection class III, and is flush-mounted.
