Designed for DIN rail mounting, this twilight switch offers a space-saving solution with a width of only one modular unit. It automatically switches connected loads, typically lighting, when a defined brightness level is reached. Included is a robust surface-mounted light sensor intended for outdoor installation. To prevent false switching caused by short-term light changes, a switching delay is integrated. The set brightness threshold and the current switching status of the output are clearly indicated by an LED on the modular device, making monitoring easier.

The analogue twilight switch is a versatile control device for lighting, supplied with an external light sensor. It features fixed on and off delays to avoid false switching due to disturbances such as lightning or car headlights. The switch indicates the channel and switching status and uses a zero-cross switching circuit to safely switch high lamp loads. The switching brightness can be continuously adjusted to precisely regulate the lighting requirements.
