As a flexible solution for climate control in KNX systems, this fan coil actuator controls fan coil units in 2-pipe and 4-pipe systems. The 4 TE wide modular device can control fans with up to three speeds and features a 0-10 V output. It is specifically designed for controlling proportional 0-10 V valves for heating and cooling circuits. An additional relay with a switching capacity of 16 A also allows optional control of an electric heating or cooling coil, significantly expanding the actuator’s applications in building automation.

The fan coil actuator controls fan coils for 2-pipe and 4-pipe systems and supports up to three fan speeds as well as an optional 0-10 V fan control. It is suitable for proportional 0-10 V valves and includes an auxiliary relay for electric heating or cooling coils. Potential-free inputs are available for window contacts, temperature sensors, and condensate monitoring. The operating status is indicated by 9 LEDs, and the device can be operated manually to adjust fan speeds and switch between heating and cooling. The setpoint for cooling can be adjusted depending on the outdoor temperature. Additionally, there is a potential-free switching contact for cooling or heating coils and an emergency programme for added safety.
