The fan coil actuator is designed for controlling fan coils in 2-pipe and 4-pipe systems. It can control up to three fan speeds and supports 2-point and 3-point valves. A relay for electric heating or cooling registers is also integrated. The actuator offers potential-free inputs for window contacts, temperature sensors, and condensate monitoring. The operating status is indicated by 9 LEDs, and the device can be operated manually to adjust the fan speeds and switch between heating and cooling. The cooling setpoint can be adjusted depending on the outside temperature. The actuator also features a potential-free switching contact for cooling or heating registers and an emergency program in case of malfunctions.
