This solar cable is designed for PV systems according to IEC 60364-7-712 and is suitable for use in devices and systems of protection class II. It can be laid freely, permanently installed, or freely suspended both indoors and outdoors. High-quality materials ensure quality and safety. The cable is water-resistant and suitable for burial. The cable construction comprises a tinned copper strand according to VDE 0295 IEC 60228 Class 5, insulated with cross-linked polyolefin and an outer sheath made of a special cross-linked XLPC compound. Technical specifications: Nominal voltage (U0/U): 1.5/1.5 kV DC and 1.0/1.0 kV AC, maximum permissible operating voltage: 1.8 kV DC, voltage test: 6.5 kV AC / 15 kV DC, maximum conductor resistance according to EN 50395, bending radius for fixed installation: 4 x DA, flexible installation: 6 x DA. The cable meets various standards for flame retardancy, weather resistance, halogen-free properties and corrosiveness of combustion gases.
