The double-insulated solar cable complies with the standards for PV systems according to IEC 60364-7-712 and is suitable for protection class II devices and systems. It can be used outdoors, indoors, and freely suspended. The high-quality materials ensure excellent quality and safety. The cable is particularly water-resistant and suitable for direct burial. Its cable construction includes tinned copper strands according to VDE 0295 IEC 60228 Class 5, with cross-linked polyolefin insulation and a cross-linked special compound XLPC outer sheath. Technical specifications: Nominal voltage (U0/U) 1.5/1.5kV DC and 1.0/1.0kV AC, maximum operating voltage 1.8kV DC, maximum conductor temperature -40 to +120 degrees Celsius, and ambient temperature range according to EN 50618 of -40 to +90 degrees Celsius. Other properties include flame retardancy, weather and UV resistance, ozone resistance and halogen-free.
