With the deflection pulley set, the pull contact is always accessible, even for lying persons. This complies with the requirements of the Dutch standard NEN 1814 for equipping disabled toilets with the emergency call set. The set is designed for a running length of up to 20 metres. From the pull switch, the pull cord is guided continuously through the room via block and bird pulleys. The end is formed by the tension spring with the eye bolt. The mounting height for the pull cord is 0.40 m above the floor.
