This 4-channel switch is designed for use in a Matter-compatible smart home system and allows you to control devices or trigger actions in combination with a border router that supports the Thread wireless standard. It connects wirelessly to such a router and offers flexible mounting options. The switch can be installed either on a DIN 49073-compliant device box, screwed to the wall, or attached to smooth surfaces such as glass using adhesive film. It also comes with an LS 990 frame (item no.: LS 981). The switch is Matter-certified and uses Bluetooth® Low Energy for commissioning. It switches to the Thread wireless standard during operation. It can be integrated into smart home systems that support Matter, such as Apple Home or Samsung SmartThings.
