The gateway serves as an interface between KNX and DALI. It enables the control and monitoring of individual luminaires via the KNX system by transmitting commands bidirectionally. Control of luminaire groups is also possible with the gateway. It allows the creation of scenes, schedules, and automations to adapt the lighting to the respective requirements. The gateway can monitor the status of the luminaires and send feedback to the KNX system, enabling real-time monitoring and faster fault diagnosis. The JUNG KNX DALI-2 Gateway Colour is available in single and double versions and is secure and updateable thanks to KNX Data Secure.

The KNX DALI Gateway is the ideal solution for a lighting installation with a high degree of customisation. It offers great flexibility, especially in showrooms or museums: a basic lighting can be controlled via a group, while the KNX DALI-2 Gateway specifically illuminates individual exhibits with different light colours or brightness levels. This allows certain areas to be highlighted, moods to be created, and light to be used purposefully to optimally support the effect of the exhibits.

- Mounting on DIN EN 60715 top-hat rail in distribution boards
