Do you want warm spot lighting where colours really are true and don’t suddenly appear grey? This GU10 LED full spectrum spotlight brings very natural colour rendering into your rooms while remaining pleasantly efficient for everyday use. Whether for accents on the wall, highlights on shelves or atmospheric lighting at the dining table: you get clear, calm illumination with good control over brightness.
  • Full spectrum colours: With a CRI >90, surfaces, food, wood and textiles appear noticeably more natural and finely graded because the colour rendering stays very close to daylight.
  • Dim-to-Warm light colour: The colour temperature is variable between 2200 and 3000 K, creating an especially warm and cosy lighting atmosphere, which is particularly effective in living and sleeping areas as well as in gastronomy and hospitality.
  • Targeted light beam: With a 60° beam angle, the LED spotlight sets accents and illuminates surfaces in a controlled way without the light appearing too narrowly focused.
  • Efficient brightness: For good light at moderate power consumption, the spotlight delivers a pleasant brightness at 5.5 W, providing noticeably bright spot lighting with low energy demand.
  • Directly on 230 V: Thanks to GU10 and 220 to 240 V AC, the lamp fits many common GU10 spots without the need for a separate driver.
  • Dimmable light control: The spotlight is dimmable and supports leading and trailing edge dimming, so you can adjust brightness and colour temperature to suit the scene, time of day and mood.
  • Long-term operation: With a service life of 80,000 hours (L70|B50), the lamp is designed for long usage times, reducing maintenance effort in frequently used areas.

Light quality

Dim-to-Warm LED here means: the light is calibrated so that the colour temperature varies when dimmed from a warm white (3000 K) to a very warm, almost candle-like tone (2200 K). This creates a particularly pleasant and cosy atmosphere, ideal for living and hospitality areas. With a colour rendering index of CRI >90, the spotlight is suitable wherever you want not just "bright" but "correct" lighting, for example for pictures, decorations, work surfaces with coloured ingredients or high-quality furniture.

Beam angle and typical applications

A 60° beam angle is a practical middle ground between spot lighting and wide-spread illumination: you can use it to set targeted accents but also to evenly illuminate smaller areas such as niches, shelves, sideboards or wall surfaces. In corridors and entrance areas, the spot works well as orientation lighting when several spotlights are distributed. In living rooms, it is ideal for defining zones, such as a reading corner, a picture wall or the area above the table, without flooding the entire room with light. When selecting, the beam angle is one of the most important comparison values as it determines whether the spotlight is used more as accent lighting or as an area room spot.

Operation, base and dimensions

The GU10 base is a common standard in the spotlight sector and the lamp is designed for 220 to 240 V AC, making it suitable for many common GU10 luminaires that are operated directly on the mains. The dimensions are crucial for mechanical fit: with a 50 mm diameter and 56 mm length, the lamp fits many recessed and surface-mounted spotlights, although with very compact housings it is still worth checking because the form factor of GU10 spots can be tight depending on the luminaire. The IP20 protection rating indicates that the lamp is intended for dry indoor areas, such as typical living rooms, offices, shops or gastronomy, but not for areas with splashing water. As a guideline for environments with changing conditions, the permissible temperature range of -20 °C to 40 °C is helpful, for example if a spotlight is installed in a cooler side room or a warmer ceiling recess.

Dimming function

If you want to flexibly control the lighting mood, the Dim-to-Warm function is a clear advantage: this LED spotlight is dimmable and works with leading and trailing edge dimming, i.e. the common dimming interfaces in the 230 V environment. This is especially practical if you want to switch from bright functional lighting to gentle, warm ambient light without changing the lamp. For a coherent result, it makes sense when planning to ensure that the existing dimming technology actually works with the mentioned dimming type, as this influences controllability and the dimming experience in everyday use. Besides control, the light quality when dimmed also plays a role because the high colour rendering helps keep colours natural even in dimmed light.
