The Gira keypad is a wear-free access control system with a capacitive keypad and a glass surface. It is suitable for commissioning and administration directly on the device and allows the management of up to 255 codes with up to 12 digits. Particularly robust, it shows no wear even with frequent use. There are special keys such as "C" for deleting incorrect entries, "Key" for opening the door after a correct entry, "Bell" for selecting home stations, and "F" for switching functions. The keypad features uniform LED lighting and a 3-color LED status display. It works with Gira DCS switching actuators and can be used as a stand-alone device or in combination with the Gira door communication system. The lighting is active at night, and the acoustic feedback can be switched off. It is connected to a 2-wire bus system and has an IP54 protection rating.
