The KNX S4-B10 and KNX S2-B6 230 V actuators with integrated façade control feature multifunction outputs, push-button pairs, and control LEDs.

Each of the multifunctional outputs can be connected either to a drive with up/down control (shutters, awnings, roller blinds, windows) or to two switchable devices (on/off for lighting and ventilation). The connected drives and devices can be operated directly at the actuator and via connected manual push-buttons. The automation can be set externally or internally.

Internally, numerous options are available for locks, interlocks (e.g. master-slave), and priority settings (e.g. manual-automatic). Scenes can be saved and recalled via the bus (scene control with 16 scenes per drive). Binary inputs can be used either for direct operation (e.g. manual push-buttons) or as bus buttons (or for, e.g., alarm messages). The desired behaviour can be configured by selecting the response time
