Bus coupler for intercom systems according to DIN EN 50486 in 2-wire technology. Modular device for DIN rail mounting. Bus coupler for connecting individual lines via the backbone cable to a larger system. Systems with up to 64 bus couplers, 150 (video) main door stations, and 256 (video) indoor stations are possible, with up to 3 simultaneous connections via the backbone. Integrated bus power supply with overload protection for powering the coupler. Local bus connection within the local line is possible independently of the backbone; backbone connection via two RJ45 sockets and switchable backbone terminator. Rotary switch for setting the bus address. Integrated video signal amplifier (0–20 dB), potential-free light button contact, and potential-free door opener contact for tamper-proof door opener control.
