The KNX® door external panel consists of a capacitive button with an RGB LED strip; it is used in combination with glass or plexiglass covers in black or white. These covers can be ordered in a specific version for the desired application. The upper part of the cover can have a personalised, backlit room number. In the lower part, there is a button for the doorbell function, one for the “Do Not Disturb” (DND) function, and one for the “Make Up Room” (MUR) function. Two additional capacitive buttons are available on request. The device features a 2-stage thermostat with an integrated PI controller for controlling heating and cooling devices, valves, 2- and 4-pipe fan coil units, etc. The device has a temperature sensor and is equipped with an input at the back that can be configured as digital or analogue; it is possible to connect an additional NTC sensor (TS01A01ACC, TS01) for a second temperature measurement.
