The cod.m WLED Range Extender is designed to increase the usually short distance between the WLED controller (WLAN/Wi-Fi) and the digital strip. The 800kHz signal of typical pixel types with only one control line, e.g. WS2811, WS2812, WS2815, SK6812, etc., is converted into a differential signal to extend the range.
The signal is fed into the IN module (Art. No. 90065), where it is converted and can be transmitted up to 500 m via a two-wire twisted pair. The OUT module (Art. No. 90066) is then connected to the digital strip, and the differential signal from the IN module is fed in.
