The described device is a lightning current and surge arrester for TT and TN-S systems according to EN/IEC 61643-11. It is designed for main power supply systems and busbars with a spacing of 40 mm. The protection modules feature a fault indicator and can be replaced individually. The device supports a maximum continuous voltage of 275 V AC and a fuse rating of up to 160 A. It responds in less than 20 nanoseconds and uses VG technology, which is operational and leakage current-free.

With a width of 53.8 mm and a space requirement of 3 modules (3 TE), the device is designed for three-phase operation and offers a 10-year warranty. It has a discharge capacity of 8 kA (10/350 µs) and is suitable for buildings without external lightning protection. Additionally, it provides a protected voltage tap L1 for the power supply of APZ field and auxiliary room.
