The motorised locking element prevents unintended entry into monitored areas by allowing doors to be opened only after the intruder alarm system has been disarmed. Through the electronic control of the alarm system, the door is locked when the system is armed and unlocked when it is disarmed, ensuring the system’s fail-safe operation. The locking element, certified according to VdS C, fits into door frames made of metal, plastic, and wood; with an optional housing, it can also be used with glass doors. Integration is achieved via wiring with the intruder alarm system.
