The selective main circuit breakers of the S750 series are certified according to DIN VDE 0641-21 as voltage-independent selective main line protection switches (SHU), are operable by non-experts, and are designed for the highest surge protection category. Their range of applications is diverse: as a disconnection device at the meter position in accordance with the TAB of the network operators or VDE-AR-N 4101, as well as in all low-voltage main distributions for the protection of distribution circuits and as a switching-off device with a disconnection function. Particularly noteworthy are the special selectivity features to ensure high system availability. The S750 series is designed for direct mounting on a 4- or 5-pole busbar system 40 mm (12 mm x 5/10 mm). Regardless of the rated current of the S750, it can be fed directly into the busbar system via the lower terminal with up to 50 mm² and max. 100 A.
