For controlling fan coil units or fan convectors. Two electronic outputs can control two thermoelectric valve actuators or one motor-driven valve actuator for heating or cooling.

The device has an analogue output for fan control.

A relay output switches an additional load of up to 16 A, such as an electric auxiliary heater. The room status can be detected and monitored via 4 inputs (usable for window contact, dew point sensor, level sensor or temperature sensor).

It is also possible to connect an analogue room control unit (SAR/A or SAF/A) to the device inputs.

For controlling the room temperature, the device features an integrated room temperature controller, which can be used directly to control the device outputs.

For advanced diagnostic functions and improved commissioning, the ABB i-bus Tool can be used.
